We assume all guests understand and agree to these policies.

CANCELATION POLICY

CANCELATIONS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. Cancelations will receive 100% credit good for one year up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% credit up to 15 days prior, no credit after 15 days prior to arrival date. Credit will not be reissued for canceled credit reservations.

HUT CARE AND CLEANING

Honor System

All guests are asked to follow hut etiquette and leave the houses clean and stocked with kindling and wood for the next group. In an effort to avoid security deposits and keep our rates affordable, we sincerely request that you ADHERE TO OUR HONOR SYSTEM. Tell us if you break, lose, or otherwise harm something so that we can repair or replace it for the next group. We will ask that you cover repair or replacement costs greater than $50 including labor costs. We charge $60/hour to clean huts left insufficiently clean.

Linens

The base rate does not include towels and sheets. Guests are expected to bring their own towels and pillow cases, and sleep in sleeping bags on top of the bedspreads. Sheets and towels can be provided for an additional fee and will be cleaned after departure.

HUT RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Guests that make a reservation are considered "Group Leaders". Group leaders agree to the liability waiver in our reservation system and assume liability for EVERYONE in the group EXCEPT those members that have followed the instructions on our waiver page.

HUT CHECK IN AND OUT

All guests will go directly to the property for check in. You will be sent an e-mail confirmation with combination to a key safe to be used for entry.

Check out is 11 am and check in is noon. Departing guests must be packed and have the house cleaned by 11 am and are welcome to enjoy the remainder of the day.

GENERAL HUT POLICIES AND INFORMATION

NO DOGS ALLOWED: Vagabond Ranch no longer allows dogs on the property. If you made your reservation and paid for a dog prior to Feb. 6th, 2013 for your upcoming stay, you may bring your dog.

Abide by all rules set forth by caretaker. Caretaker will ask violators to leave property immediately without refund.
Wireless Internet is available. There is absolutely no phone or cell service.
Please conserve water and be careful with the septic system in summer.

Volleyball court and horseshoe pit and equipment on property.
Horse stables available, bring your own horses. You may wish to bring your own travel fence to use in the meadow for feeding.
The nearest medical facility is about 30 miles away in the town of Granby. A Spot transiever is located in the basement of Overlook that can be used to call a helicopter in the event of a limb or life threatening emergency.
